We offered moving blanket with our rental which was not available and we're made to feel as though it was a big favour to remove the cost from our bill. We were approached several times to offer us a larger truck or trailer at not additional cost ... fuel would be an additional cost that we should not incur to move equipment for U-Haul.
KENNETH JCustomer Service poured the back of the U-Haul was dirty and the first location was even worse cause I went there for 6 AM and nobody was there and I was outside with a bunch of coyotes in the dark cause I had taken a U-Haul there. I’m still waiting on a mandarin name Lucy to call me back to give me a $50 credit so I did not have a good experience with U-Haul. I am very disappointed.
CAROLYNN MThis is not the fault of either location. I could not get the trailer I booked at the pick up location unless I drove 40 minutes away to pick it up. I chose smaller trailer in Fort Erie. I got a call saying I could not drop off the trailer near my house, and I would have to drive 45 minutes to Owen sound to drop off. ( there is a U-Haul dealer around the cornerr from my house) The man at the new location was not expecting me. Both pick up and drop off employees were helpful, not their fault.
