CORNELIUS GThe truck had a 1/4 of a tank of fuel at pickup. I was told to just bring it back with a 1/4 of tank. How do you judge that on a 1000 mile journey. It had 1/2 a tank on returning it. No compensation and no standard to set to. Yet if it was brought back on empty I would be charged. Windshield was covered in bugs. My wife wiped down the cab.
Ken TGive this man a raise. He was so helpful with the hookup of the trailer and meeting time. Once I returned the trailer he was very polite and very very nice. Great person operating this U-Haul.
Neville HRichard was great. Made drop off easy. Location was not marked well. I drove around twice and happened to notice uhaul key drop off on side of a trailer attached to a parking lot. Luckily richard was outside to wave us in.
