My reservation was 12:30. The guy didn't show up til 1. It was raining so I was standing outside for half an hour
Eliza JFinding the rental office in this location is very difficult.
Mohandas PThere is no distinct signage for this location so it was difficult to find and we had to go into another business to ask for directions. We also had our return location changed so this location was not the location that we had requested.
Chiye KThe outside of the truck was dirty, and when I did my walk around inspection alone, I discovered that the back tires were almost bald. When I asked the attendant about the tires he told me to call roadside assistance.
