After a winter squall blew in and over 60cm of snow accumulated; being stuck in Fort McMurray due to road closures, the gentleman was very accommodating with postponing my online booking a couple days and was very polite and helpful when I picked it up.

The unit was NOT SAFE. The gas cap was missing and in its place was a dirty shop towel. Also the unit had the fuel light on so before we could even start moving we had to get gas. Removing the dirty shop towel and replacing it after filling up. The unit and blankets provided were filthy. And the tires were bald. I couldn’t even imagine having to do a long haul in this particular unit. So many safety hazards, it’s unacceptable.
