Well the first time I ever used BBS Auto Sales, they didn't even have the truck I rented. I rented a 26 foot truck and all they could give me was a 12 foot truck. This time, they put the key in the wrong box, so I had to call customer service to get access.

When I booked the truck it was one price. When I picked it up, it was way more expensive. When I returned it, I was charged more money for going over miles. It was supposed to be unlimited. I’ll never rent from you again and make sure no one I know does either.
