Make sure the customer knows that the trailer is wired with the standard flat plug, and they are responsible for any conversion plug necessary for their vehicle.

I was issued a 5 x 9 motorcycle trailer one-way from Fort Myers Florida to toms River New Jersey. Upon arrival in New Jersey it was noted that the left tire was totally damaged and unevenly worn . The representative in New Jersey told me this trailer should I never left Florida. It could've caused a deadly accident. Totally unacceptable. Furthermore I was guaranteed a free storage unit upon my arrival. The location where I arrived to have no vacancies. I had to drive 20 to 30 minutes away to a different location to try and locate a vacant unit. After being told at the second location there were also full and no vacancies, the representative there found a cancellation and I finally got a unit. It was totally an unnecessary stressor for me after a 2 Day Drive from Florida to New Jersey.

We rent a UHaul every six months. And every time there's an issue. Fortunately, the fact that your consistent, I try to prepare for it. This time, as soon as I stepped in the truck I took a picture of the mileage and fuel. I brought the truck back with more fuel than when I picked it up and have pics to prove it. I was told that if I didn't go put more fuel in it that I would be charged. Even after showing the pics he was still going to charge me until I got pissed. I'm looking into other options for the next time

I made a reservation on a Monday for a job I had on a Friday. I showed up at 7am to honor my reservation only to be told they did not have any trucks available. I was told I could switch my reservation for the next day or wait till the truck I needed was brought back. I waited at home till 9:15 and shows back up only to be told they still did not have any trucks. I told the last time. After a heated exchange,I was giving an upgrade to a 115ft and was told my likes would be comped(which they weren't) for the same price. They did not honor there $50.00 dollar reservation guarantee. I will never use that store again Bad experience from pick up to drop off. Everyone there was rude and let the customers know about it.

I have been trying to call you in regards to when I picked up my Uhaul. I was told at the pick up location that I had been put on "ehold" because of an accounting problem. Or there was an angry distributor that put me on a hold. This is discrimination. I had to wait and my fiancé was waiting for me to get the Uhaul. It doesn't make sense because I always pay my Uhaul bills. I plan on moving my fiancé and my brother in law from Indiana/Illinois to Fort Myers and wanted to use Uhaul but I feel as if this was discriminatory created an issue. I want this resolved. My contract was 25375003

Was on hold for almost a hour to speak to someone.. need more operators. Had to walk almost a block to get the truck then bring it to them to check it out, the yard guy should be responsible for this

counter guys were really helpful, and called the "delivery" dept. to make sure I had a dolly. when I checked, there was no dolly in the truck so had to wait, and it's a really big place so lots of walking, but that's to be expected. Mom's attic had not been swept out but rest of the truck was clean. Overall, this is a busy place so a few hiccups are okay, and everyone was friendly and courteous. One suggestion - when a 68 year old senior lady rents a truck, it might be helpful to show her how to unlatch the latch, make sure it doesn't get caught when the door rolls up, and how to dispatch and secure the ramp. Luckily, days before my move, I went to see the truck and a helpful guy explained all that then, but the delivery team basically hands you the keys. Just a little more operational information is helpful. Thanks!

The rear view mirror was missing a screw so on the highway the mirror would close in and become useless. There was no knob to turn the AC up or down. I had to stop and buy needle nose pliers to turn it. I pointed out these issues to the guy in the am and he could of cared less.

Better signage to know where to go upon arrival. On another note, everyone there from the lady who rang me up to the young man who helped me with the trailer, to the young man who disconnected -- all of them were so pleasant and represented your company very well. (I was there at approximately 11 a.m. and returned at approximately 3 p.m. Saturday.)
