Tire Pressure Sensor Fault kept coming on as well as information indicator light - even if there is no issue to be concerned about; it does make renter leary of vehicle condition. location personnel indicated they have made UHaul aware several times and nothing had been done

Had ordered furniture pads and they were not in truck. Had to wait an hour till office opened to get them. Called customer service and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. So I basically lost an hour of paid labor help.

Could not see the odometer. When I returned the truck, the attendant said the brightness control was turned way down. (Didn't know there was a brightness control). She informed me that I had traveled 65 miles that day which was about twice the miles I had traveled with the truck. She called corporate and straightened the situation out. Was very happy with her help. Will be using Uhaul again in the future.

Receiving a truck and having to fill a truck back up to the 7/8 Mark I found difficult rather than it being a full tank; 3/4 tank; 1/2 a tank or an empty tank.

They sent the trailer out with a flat tire, and refused to air it up when I returned. Had to call U-Haul road service and lost over an hour of drive time. Found out later that they also failed to hook up the emergency breakaway chain-I saw the employee deliberately tuck it up out of the way. Unacceptable!

1st they change the location for pick up. 2nd location ,no clue, they send me to a 3rd location 20 sometimes miles from my home, they offer extra miles ,never happen, and the truck no even check. Return even worst. Suggestion take the insurance, because they will find something to charge you. O better get other company. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

The truck I ordered was not brought to this location. A phone call the night before to inform me was not made. I had to adjust my loading to the truck provided to me. I also wasted valuable time resolving this issue, all the while paying my movers. Kevin, the representative, was wonderful in his helpfulness.

This is our second time rented a truck from u Haul. A lot of logistical takes places when you're moving and we all know this, this is why you guys provide an amazing service at least I can say for my first experience ( Alico). I made a reservation to pick up a truck at 8 AM at the location in Estero, instruction said to approach the location with mobile and I should be able to get the truck into the pick up process. It was no keys left for me, I had to pay an extra hour of the moving people, the truck was completely dirty and it's smells tray bad, I have pictures, and the tank of gas was not feel at all. I took pictures and I show it to the lady on the counter she said" just like any other person you have to bring the tank full" witch I didn't not. I brought back the same way it was giving to me but with more gas. I spoke to Dave and another manager that was located in Sarasota and they said that they will reimburse me $50 back to my creditcard. The truck was completely dirty and it's smell very bad, I have pictures. I took pictures and I show it to the lady on the counter just like all you have to bring it for. But I did get charge an additional $5 I believe because of the extra miles. I have to check. I total spent $90 renting the truck and gas $125 for the extra hour of the moving men's staff. And a really bad test of that location with the specialist that helped him. Without mentioning that someone in the second floor throw water from their balcony and it landed on me, thank God I had an additional clothes in the car to change.
