The location was excellent and the people were very friendly and helpful. The Uhaul app however was terrible. It was almost impossible to upload images of the vehicle. I'm a software engineer so I was finally able to find a workaround that allowed me to upload the images but it was very stressful. I had to upload the image and then hit the back button, then upload the next image, then hit the back button, then upload the next image, then hit the back button, and finally upload the last image and hit the back button. I really wanted the app to be easier than talking to a person, but it was so stressful, I almost never want to try it again. I have a really hard time paying for this rental b/c picking up the truck was so painful and stressful...
LEE SCustomer service was excellent. The interior of the cab was pretty dirty upon rental, there was dirt and debris on the ground as well as a white paint like substance in some of the air vents that was flaking and coming off with the air flow out of the vents.
Megan LEli that helped me, who works at RMI, was extremely courteous and helpful..You need to give that man a raise!!!
Diana SThe ramp was extremely difficult to open and close. The billing is very confusing as well as I didn’t get a final receipt till a week later. Charges are not clear.
