Truck was not located at the store, it was located across the street and not easy to find. Very dark at night. Online checking process took almost 45 minutes due to trouble getting license plate scan to work. I was forced to go here even though I had a reservation in Bloomington and the only offer was an extra day and an extra 100 miles, no discount or savings.
Kendall WThe lock on the key box was rusted and hard to open
Craig SThe agents were friendly and , but we were not impressed with the equipment. There was no trailer jack and my daughter and son in law had to physically pick the trailer up out of the dirt to hook it to the truck. The trailer had a bald tire we expressed we were traveling 1000 miles and were told if we had a blow out call UHAUL they'd come change it. NOT GOOD.
