The agents were friendly and , but we were not impressed with the equipment. There was no trailer jack and my daughter and son in law had to physically pick the trailer up out of the dirt to hook it to the truck. The trailer had a bald tire we expressed we were traveling 1000 miles and were told if we had a blow out call UHAUL they'd come change it. NOT GOOD.

Michael WIt was the worst U-Haul I have ever rented! it bounced around on the road so bad that my drink almost bounced out of the drink holder. It was all over the road like the stirring was real loose, I went off the road a couple of times. With as much as it bounced around me and my passenger both had huge headaches. I hope someone fixes it soon.
