Place was filthy. Owner was stuck out of the country in Venezuela. The area was very sketchy.

The paperwork for renting is cumbersome for the dealer and renter, The dealer was good to work with. I received an email that it had not been returned the equipment and was reporting it stolen. I was not happy. I see another returned now receipt that it was returned late afternoon when it was 8:30 AM
