An online U-Haul representative was on the phone with me for at least an hour when I picked up the truck. It was pouring down rain, lightning, I was having trouble getting the lock unlocked to get the keys. He was very patient with me. Lauren in the office of the U-Haul location was also amazing! No interaction with anybody at the location since uhaul does everything with the app now. Was not sure where to park the truck and there really is no room at this location. It was street or driveway.
