MATTHEW WYou charge me for $100 deposit and promise to return it once I returned the truck but I never get any. Have to drive an hour away just to pick up the truck. The person we returned the truck was nice but the boss is not good. Very rude. We are just asking why we cant our deposit explaining our side but he wont listen instead he wont let us talked. Someone from uhaul said she'll waive everything or the charges cause I have to drive all the way for an hour just to pick up the truck. Definitely not a good experience
