I rented the trailer to pick up in Dawson Creek but the day before was called that they didn’t have one and I would need to drive to Ft St John to get one. This added cost and time for me. A rebate for the extra miles I had to travel would have been a nice touch. It was inconvenient.

GERALD DI know, hard to keep all equipment at all locations and not all equipment is in demand but I would have rented a bigger trailer if one had been in stock. This is not a reflection on the Fort St. John site, they were very accommodating and friendly.
