The lady at the Freedom Way location could use some assistance on her not so pleasant attitude. She made this experience even more stressful than it should’ve been. She was short and sharp with her words. It’s was like I was an inconvenience to her. I get it not everyone loves their job. The U-Haul had a bunch of sand in the back. I had to carry my jump box with me because the battery was weak and eventually had to use it to jump it.

Aaron WAbsolutely empty parking lot and I was on the way to the airport and did not have a lot of extra time. Thankfully I had downloaded the Uhaul App and was able to quickly submit my photos and check out of there. If I had not had a good call phone I can't imagine how that would have transpired. It was weird not having anyone there to confirm things with but I guess I'm just old school.
