I go in for to drop off the u haul and they tell me to go around the gate was closed they said they would open it and never did once I waited for someone to leave the facility and finally dropped the u haul and trailer where they asked me I went to return the key when I went to return the key there was no one there as well as they charged me an extra day for drop off

The lady at the Freedom Way location could use some assistance on her not so pleasant attitude. She made this experience even more stressful than it should’ve been. She was short and sharp with her words. It’s was like I was an inconvenience to her. I get it not everyone loves their job. The U-Haul had a bunch of sand in the back. I had to carry my jump box with me because the battery was weak and eventually had to use it to jump it.
