JASON INo fault of their own, we dropped off the uhal at 130am. Lighting where the uhals get parked could have been better for night. It's right by the train tracks. Uhal.com and the app didn't work well with my android phone. We had to use my husband's iPhone. We were able to submit photos but mind you it was middle of the night and no light other than our cell phones. Uhal as a company, not the Fort Wayne location, may want to think of a better way for customers dropping off uhals at night to provide better photos. We did what we could. Due to work schedules we had to do it that way. I do appreciate the availability to drop it off at night.
Sean KUhaul uses to be much easier. I feel like I had to go through so many apps and phone calls and line up someone to be at the door. I miss the dedicated uhaul brick and mortar building. Now they are just slapped onto any hillbilly looking sketchy auto repair center
