No complaints from this site, the team there is awesome. I do have a complaint in reference to the first CS person that took my initial call, she reserved me from a site that was closed and distant. After I put all my info in the mobile app, I couldn't get the key as the key drop didn't have a screen to key in the code, and no one was in the office, I wasted a lot of time. Then later the two ladies that help resolve were excellent. Thanks. OQ

The van was clean and the check in and out experience was quick and polite. The only thing I noted was that the air conditioning smelled strange and bad, so I turned it off and cracked the windows. It was raining and something my personal car does that (and it means I need to change the air filter). I forgot to bring this up to the staff, which is my fault. But my experience with renting a cargo van went well.

When we arrived to pick up the truck, the customer service representative didn't give us a walk through of the truck. They handed us the key, pointed out the window, and said "that one over there." The truck was covered in dog hair, trash, and smelled horribly. We had to drive with the window down because of how bad it was. After driving down the road, we checked the paperwork to make sure everything was correct and noticed that the mileage they recorded (without us being present) was over 200 off. In addition, the contract noted that there was 3/4 of a tank of gas when there was barely 1/2 of a tank. We didn't have time to turn around because of a very tight schedule we were on. When we returned the truck the following morning, we told the manager about the poor condition of the truck as well as the error in the mileage, and he said "sorry, you have to call corporate." While I haven't had time to call this week due to moving, I would like to be contacted to discuss further. Setting aside the fact that the truck was absolutely disgusting, the mileage situation is unacceptable. We were charged well over $200 more than what we should have because the error. Honestly, it looked as though one of the employees was using the truck and carrying dogs in the cabin. I personally will never use this facility again and would be shocked if I used U-Haul again.

Tried to cancel my reservation with no reason other than they couldnt reach me by phone, i didn't know i had to double confirm as i already payed for the truck via credit card and she still gave it away. Thank the lord i showed up before the other people or my truck would have been gone as well as four days of vacation. As far as i see it uhaul owes me for the trailer i rented and got whacked a second day due to this run around causing me to be late turning it in but thats another story you won't hear or come off the money to make it right bless your hearts one and all.

Had a one way rental. Asked if i returned earlier if the prices would be adjusted. The lady at fort wayne said yes and the gent in Fayetteville said no. Not sure who is correct.

The reservation department should make customers aware of a possible extra deposit required when using a Debit Card before the customer is at the counter. Very important and saves the customers and U-Haul store staff time. Time is very important

The drop off locations could have been better explained. I stated that I would be dropping the truck off on Sunday and would have appreciated being guided toward a location that was open. Additionally, the milage recorded on the contract was incorrect, which made online drop off very difficult.
