I changed my mind at last minute or just around 24 hours after renting the storage unit and decided I didn't want or still need to rent it I it's been 12 days and I still haven't received my refund or a even a call back on this matter and then the manager goes on vacation Respectfully Larry W.Biller 03/15/2023

Your staff was above and beyond I had a great time interacting with each and every one of them. The only thing I would say is maybe get some more carts let customers know you don't have an elevator to that 2nd floor and maybe I down the heat and there are little cuz it's like death in there but other than that everything was superb great location great staff would recommend to anyone

The storage space is easily accessible and has flexibility of accessing it 24h. I got the first month storage free included in the one way U-Haul truck that I got. It was very convenient at the time I was moving and needed storage immediately.

My Son and myself went back to the storage facility to unload the truck and found our unit with a lock on it! Once again Jeanette came to the rescue and found a different unit, opened that one up and there were items already in it! Finally got us an empty and the rest is history! Give Jeanette a raise!!!
