We were very disappointed that the truck was not kept up on. It kept pulling to the right. The alignment is off badly. The lights kept bouncing. They were not very bright. There is a small crack in the windshield on the passenger side. The truck was shaking. We have rented with uhaul before and have never had this bad of an experience. Overall not satisfied at all. The location is in the middle of a field with no parking lot and small signage. It looks like it was an after thought.
I cannot comment on the service at this location as it was not open on the day I rented the truck. I checked out the truck and returned the truck online. The app on my phone failed to work in checking out the truck. I was able to chat with someone online who referred me to the website and I was finally (after 40 minutes) able to check the truck out. Upon returning the truck, the online return service was not able to process my dispute about not receiving the furniture pads and yet being charged for them. That necessitated a phone call to customer service, waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, before I was finally told that the truck was registered as returned. In the future, I will not likely use the U-Haul online checkout and return. I will look to find a rental facility in which I can checkout and return the truck with a person.
No improvement needed. Pro Tech Automotive is as professional as they come. Owner saw that I was having frustration with check in using the Web site and he took the time to understand my concerns and made things right.

They said uhaul did not provide them with the connector for the lights for the trailer so I had to buy one for $12. Then I had to hook up to one trailer only to disconnect because lights weren't working then hooked up to another to have running lights not work on that one either.
There was a computer problem the day that I rented the trailer, and the owner of the rental shop called me to have everything ready before I got there. He was super helpful! Thanks
First gentleman was quite negative. He was busy at the time. Second gentleman that helped me was very nice! The location is a car service area so it was dirty but that didn't bother me. If you are looking for a nice place don't go there.
Easy and fast
The ramp on the 26 ft. truck I rented was short; it needs to be about 2 ft. longer for comfortable dollying of heavy items. Otherwise truck was nice.

Was supposed to be 24 hour pickup, keys weren't where they were supposed to be, and employee threatened to shoot my husband for looking for the keys, in the vehicle, as Uhaul customer service told us to do.
Location looks like a junk yard. I was in a hurry and the attendant was gone to lunch and I had to wait 30 minutes. He was friendly.
The online dropoff point (which I had changed with a note to uhaul) was different than what the attendant had and there was some confusion... he said just call when you get close... very nice but I didn't like that I wasn't sure of the address. The fuel was "just fill it to where the gas gauge is now". I did to the best of my ability ( I really thought I had it where it was when I picked it up) I was however charged $7 something for fuel when I dropped it off.
I really had no problems with my rental, but I did automated pickup with my phone and two things bothered me. 1) took longer than anticipated because we could not get the camera to load on my iPhone to take a driver/ID picture. Tried with two iPhones, and had to get help from a friend with a Samsung. I'm guessing this is an IOS compatibility issue, but it could have caused us a lot of trouble. 2) keys were on the front seat of the unlocked cab. Online experience said they would be in some kind of lock box in the truck, but that did not exist. I really was not comfortable with that, and would have strongly preferred that the keys were secured as described in the online experience.
Attendant hadn't checked vehicle in at 11 am. I stopped there for no reason, even though U Haul instructions say to do so.
The self check out was s bit of a head ache. The â€œcheck out truckâ€ link on my U-Hall app was grayed out and took a two calls and 3 transfers before I reached a U-Haul rep. That could actually make the process go thru. And yes I did go thru the pre-registration process and watch the video etc. even the rep. Stated I have done everything correctly and she did not know why it didn't work. Once I got the truck it was no problem
computer was down for Uhaul. so we couldbt get paper work. had to leave it and take pics for proof of delivery.
Fix the problems you have with the computer program. I prepaid then was told I owed more money. They cancelled the first payment and ran my card again was told refund would be back on my account right away but still have not received. Not sure I would recommend u haul again. This not against the company where I picked up the truck
Quick easy and no frills service. The website was helpful in determining availability. Dealer was able to confirm availability easily.
