Ok with dolly but very disappointed..I told employee..I had a professional tow driver..and did not need tow dolly insurance..and was still unknowingly and was not told and was charged for tow dolly insurance..

The uhaul was dirty, smelled of smoke, but it moved and got our job done. The process was difficult to do the reservation online and took almost 30 minutes to do that. The guy at the counter did not appear to know what to do at first when we went to get the key.
Michelle Hrented 15' van to move a load of furniture. Took couple hours went 17 miles. Stopped to add gas figured that adding 7.8 gallons should do the trick (just to be sure) Checked in showed receipt from next door gas station to attendant but was surprised an little over $8 gas charge which either means it gets 2 miles to the gallon or truck has a gas gauge issue. No big deal The Attendent wasn't the problem as very courtious Have to check yes or no for recommendation and will check yes as long as they don't get the same van

MICHELLE RI had reserved this for mobile pickup with the app but when I arrived I was unable to check in. I called the number provided and was informed that a truck had not yet been assigned. The cs agent assigned a truck and instructed me to try again. I did and was still unable to check in. the cs agent then informed me that this was for an in-person pickup (even though I had an email confirming app pickup) and that I had to wait until they opened at 10am (my pickup time was for 930am). This was a very frustrating experience especially since I had people waiting for me at the moving location at 10am.
