Lady at the counter didn't seem very friendly upon returning the equipment. A smile would be nice.

THOMAS TIf you rent the toy hauler make sure you know there's no tie down straps whatsover to secure anything you decide to transport. I wasn't told that prior and had to go purchase straps at Lowes. If I'd known I would have brought my own and not had to spend more $$$
