I was in a bad situation, and the owner of JR Professional Services came to pick me up and let me rent one of the trucks. I was less than 2 miles away. Between the time he got there and picked me up, I already had the application completed. The only issue I had with the truck was that a check engine light came on just before I dropped it off. Not sure why?

On the app it is kinda hard to find where to return the u-haul if it’s after hours but overall it was a good experience. Everything else was smooth and fast.

JOHNNY DI called U-Haul on January 30th and made a reservation for a 15-foot U-Haul truck to be reserved for 9:00 a.m. on January 31st. I was given an address in the 6000 block of Beach Street to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, it was closed and no one was there. I called U-Haul and was directed to an address in the 3700 block of N. Beach Street which I drove to and it was also closed with no one in the office. I tried to call U-Haul again but could only get a recording. I drove to the U-Haul facility on the corner of 820 and Denton Highway to attempt to get a truck but they said they did not have any and directed me back to back down to downtown Fort Worth on north Main Street where I finally was able to obtain a truck. But it was then miles from where I was originally scheduled to load the truck! I spent almost an hour and a half driving around the metroplex using up my gas in an attempt to find the truck I had made a reservation for. It was a totally unsatisfactory experience and I will NEVER use U-Haul again!
