I've used another location a few times and it was confusing and the clerk didn't know what was going on because it was also a small convenience store. This place everything went off VERY easily without a hitch. There was great communication and they even called me by phone to make sure everything was ok. I will use this location from now on.

Larry WNew windshield wipers. Everything else was good. The agent was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
MARK BI was in a bad situation, and the owner of JR Professional Services came to pick me up and let me rent one of the trucks. I was less than 2 miles away. Between the time he got there and picked me up, I already had the application completed. The only issue I had with the truck was that a check engine light came on just before I dropped it off. Not sure why?
ROBERT COn the app it is kinda hard to find where to return the u-haul if it’s after hours but overall it was a good experience. Everything else was smooth and fast.
