He charged me a $25 cleaning fee because I had yet to take my purse a water bottle out of the truck when I turned it in. He charged me over $200 in extra charges when the gas was only short by less than a quarter of a tank. I’d filled it up completely at one point for $65. I called and added an additional day and the kind lady on the phone told me it would be $40 for the additional day. She did not mention anything about me getting hit with an absurd amount extra charges upon turning it in. He also charged me for being 10 minutes late even after I explained the situation with the traffic I encountered and having to pull over to check on my cat in her carrier who flew across the cab of the truck when the traffic came to an abrupt halt. The location I dropped off the truck was very rundown and in an iffy side of town. The man was not accommodating at all. In feeling that I was being taken advantage of in a big way. I’d like to know if he makes a commission of some sort. Lastly I asked for an itemized receipt and was told it’d be emailed. This is not right at all. I want the itemized receipt ASAP.

Debra HI went to rent and the man asked for 100.00 dollars deposit. I went to return the equipment and was only given 75.00 dollars instead of the 100.00 I was advised I would receive.
RAMIRO CIt to me 15 minutes to figure out what was going on. 45 to get out the door. When I spoke to the guy inside he acted as if he didn’t know what was going on. Barely spoke English. He had to call someone else to walk him through what he had to do. And upon bringing it back he charged me for 50 miles but if you look at the odometer it wasn’t near 50 miles. I’ll be calling about that soon. He didn’t even use the odometer because on my receipt it has miles out but no miles in. This place is a rip off. Still wondering why he didn’t want me to do the contract on the app also.
