The back of the truck had all kinds of dirt on the floor, there was a cigarette lighter, part of a tie down set on the wood brace inside the box part of the truck. When I arrived to pickup the truck the gas marker was wrong as you can see from my initial photos taken during pickup on the U-Haul app. The man at the counter said they didn’t have the Dolley I requested so we had to lift everything I needed it for by hand. When he asked where I was dropping the truck off after use he didn’t the location I needed to drop off at and the one I originally put down wasn’t listed so I had to drive further out to the place where the truck is now. This experience was not a good one this time around.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHaul app was bad experience. It asked for pictures after rental that weren't on pick up. I returned truck on app hours earlier than expected app asked same question multiple times and after done with all questions an hour later told me to return truck. Customer service was helpful in this matter though. I would never go to a location with pick up through mobile in future only official uhaul dealer
Andrew rThey overcharged me and didn’t sign the vehicle in when i dropped it. They signed it in 3 hours later. Had to call and dispute charges. Person in gas station was not attentive and was rushing me.
Consolacion SHe didnt help in anyway and misinformed where to park truck and then tried to charge card and didnt inform me there were any extra charges then charged me another $153 when more gas could have been put in for less very dissatisfied and terrible communication do not recommend this location at all to anyone
idea iGood fucking lord, ran out of gas station? Not to mention the machine being down so I can’t even pick up my car. And to top it off the dickhead didn’t think to mention I could download the app to get access to my reserved truck. Wasted 2 fuckin hours.
