I asked for furniture dolly and a hand truck with my rental, both of which WERE NOT in the truck. I called customer service and they told me that I was picking up in a “not so good area” they took them off, I never got a call, text or email stating that. How about instead of removing what the customer asked for you put them in the back of the truck and lock the door, add the key to your truck key! I had helpers ready at 7 am but because I didn’t have the equipment I asked for they left and it cost me $150 bucks, I was left loading everything myself…. This was the most disappointing rental I have ever done with U-Haul.
