I am very upset of being charged $25 for a cleaning fee at returning my truck even though it was clean. I will never return a truck at this location. I couldn’t check out without being charged.

TRACY KVan was very dirty on the outside and difficult to find location. Went back and forth between different U-Haul sites on the same road and they were all next to each other. Attendant was helpful but the site appeared to be 'Closed'. Not aggravating just confusing experience
Ryland MVan smellled like a chimney. The engine made terrible noises when starting. The shocks swueaked on every numb and turn.
