Shannon was the one who assisted me. Very polite individual and he is very knowledgeable about his work!! I was moving that exact same day and was a little stressed when I got to the location and he ensured that all my questions were answered. Not only that, my move took a little longer than I expected and I called to inform the office. He quickly dealt with allll my concerns and made me feel so much more at ease. The guy at the desk at the small storage depot was very helpful, tho when doing my id, the person in the phone wasn’t very polite, I had put my id in, I am 21 and have a real license, not a permit. I’m guessing since I still had my under 21 license and Texas has vertical ones (born 03/15/2005) it was flagged. She continued to tell me it was a permit. It isn’t, I have it in my hand looking at it. Didn’t even listen. Again though guy at the desk at the small storage was a legend

Derrick MI was charge for gas. We I put back in the truck. The gas station is right next door I took before and after I drop it off. This is at Storage Deport. I think the manager let her friend use that truck. I'll never go to this rental location again. She told I have to call customer service even though she's the one that charge me.
