Customer service has gone out the window, the authorized dealers as of recent do not want to be bothered,, I have been renting from uhaul for over 40 years and the decline is steadily going downward,,, I don't blame the dealers, I put blame on the area managers that aren't checking the stores, employees and equipment,,, and now with everything done on line customer service doesn't exist,,, I returned a 15 foot truck with a auto transport over 2 months ago and it still hasn't been confirmed as received yet,,, please don't ask me for reviews because I have to be honest
Edmund MThe staff were very friendly and prompt. However, our trailer smelled terrible (like mice) inside at pickup. Also, the parking lot is only partially paved and in fair to poor condition.
