Truck was dirty, once the sun went down I could hardly see out the windows. Was disappointed it didn’t have cruise. That truck would sucked for a long drive. Besides that customer service was great. Very nice staff.

Seamless and easy! I've rented with Uhaul plenty of times and this was hands down the most efficient of them all. Highly recommend!
NICHOLAS KI was overcharged on gas and mileage, either were documented in the system correctly from the last rental. I was only refunded back my money with was 70.00 because I took a picture and it was time stamp with my proof. store was not abbe to help me, so I was given the 1- GOUHAUL, I think it was and respresentative Kimblery Rubino was absoletely awesome! Professional, outstanding customer service, and helped me get my refund immediately just as she stated she would. The location was convenient, so yes I would use it again BUT I will definitely be checking everything over before I pull out. Thank you again Kimberly!
