Rental process online was poor. The truck had a check engine light on and had issues shifting. I am not likely to recommend U-haul based on this experience.

FLOR AHad no idea to where to park my massive uhaul they gave me as an “upgrade” even thought I only requested a 15’ truck. Terrible having to drive a huge truck that’s why I ordered a smaller one. Again, worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Will not be a returning customer and would never recommend with the terrible customer service and horrendous lack of detail.
