Because of the bug in the app, i couldn't extend my booking and then i have to pay additional 37 USD for changing the contract. From customers point of view that doesn't seem to be fair

I want to know why did you charge 321 dollars in my card how many miles did I use?
ANDRESA OIt was raining when I did a mobile pickup. The location feature of the UHaul app did not work there. The key box was in an exposed location. Getting the key was made a bit more difficult for the lock being soaked and for being rained upon while opening the lock. The truck was found with 1/16th of a tank of gas and no pads as was expected as part of the order.
