Usually the app helps you take pictures and successfully closes out, but this time the app was still glitching. and I had to reach out to customer support to make sure I was good to go.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe guy who put the cargo trailer on didn’t attach it right and it detached a half a mile down the road. Scared the crap out of me and my family. I had to take pics and call my husband who talked me through hooking it up correctly. The guy at the pick up location also said I could drop it off at any u haul location. That was wrong information as well.

Chad MWas quoted a certain amount and then had to changed plans which they did super easy. What they didn’t tell me was there was an up charge for making such changes and I had to pay more than double what they originally quoted me. I specifically went in person so I could make sure I set it up so I could pick up the equipment at THAT location. On the day of pickup I was sent to two different locations that weren’t even official U-Haul locations, which took an hour at each store to figure out what equipment I needed. And then around the end of our trip, we ran into a leaking tire. Roadside assistance took FOREVER to call someone out and once they did call somebody me I took them two hours to get there and they had a baby in their backseat!!! Like genuinely wtf!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. And please spare me the usual. Oh we’re so sorry you had that experience, blah blah blah blah bullshit. Do better.
