quit forcing people to use your app online to get a vehicle,,, not all people have smart phones and why should the customer be forced to do what you are paying employees to do.... I will never rent another uhaul....it took over an hour for me to get a truck because the employee could not be understood and had little or no experience so he had to call in his manager to finally get me a truck,,, as I was on a short time line this was not a favorable situation....I have rented uhauls since the late 70's and this is the worst experience ever.... so never again will I ever rent uhaul....

mike fU-Haul changed my pickup location 3 times. I arrived to a gas station to pick up the truck. It was in a very bad part of town. Lance the U-Haul employee asked if he could smoke a cigarette first before doing the rental. I said no. It took a very long time to complete the rental outside the gas station. The iPad was in very poor condition with the screen shattered. The truck on the inside was very dusty. No rental blankets. I was charged $12 for a dolly. When I was told $7 at the initial store I went to. I would never recommend to anyone to have to rent a U-Haul from this location ever again.
Christine FI reserved my Uhaul down the street at a very large Uhaul center who indicated they always have lots of rentals. I was switched to a convenience store all the way across town in a very bad part of town (the Uber driver offered to stay with me). They only had one Uhaul truck (mine) and the person behind the counter had no idea how to navigate the software to get me checked out. I was there more than one hour. Also, the gas gage said I had one-half tank and I attempted several times to fill up the tank without success. The pump kept shutting off. After much stress I drove back to the Uhaul place, who said they could not help me and I needed to call roadside service. I was in tears. I finally figured out that I could not put gas in the tank because it was already full -- the gas gage was broken. I was not happy with not knowing how much gas I had so I had to stop every hour to fill up with gas just to keep my stress level in check. Bad experience.
