Was quoted a certain amount and then had to changed plans which they did super easy. What they didn’t tell me was there was an up charge for making such changes and I had to pay more than double what they originally quoted me. I specifically went in person so I could make sure I set it up so I could pick up the equipment at THAT location. On the day of pickup I was sent to two different locations that weren’t even official U-Haul locations, which took an hour at each store to figure out what equipment I needed. And then around the end of our trip, we ran into a leaking tire. Roadside assistance took FOREVER to call someone out and once they did call somebody me I took them two hours to get there and they had a baby in their backseat!!! Like genuinely wtf!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. And please spare me the usual. Oh we’re so sorry you had that experience, blah blah blah blah bullshit. Do better.

Tyler Bquit forcing people to use your app online to get a vehicle,,, not all people have smart phones and why should the customer be forced to do what you are paying employees to do.... I will never rent another uhaul....it took over an hour for me to get a truck because the employee could not be understood and had little or no experience so he had to call in his manager to finally get me a truck,,, as I was on a short time line this was not a favorable situation....I have rented uhauls since the late 70's and this is the worst experience ever.... so never again will I ever rent uhaul....
