CHARGED $247.36 FOR A ONE DAY 10’ FOOT TRUCK!!! MILEAGE WAS WRONG AND FUEL LEVEL WAS WRONG WHEN I PICKED UP. THEY ALSO ADDED INSURANCE WHICH I DID NOT SELECT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!TOO BUSY ON THE PHONE!! NEVER CHECKED ME IN, JUST STATED -HAUL WOULD. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE AND DID NOT HERE BACK FROM AREA MANAGEMENT. REFUNDED ME $56.55 AFTER THE FIRST CALL AND NO RESPONSE AGAIN AFTER THE SECOND CALL. SHOULD HAVE USED BUDGET!!, BUT THEY WERE UNAVAILABLE FOR THE TIME I NEEDED. I did not get the dolly I ordered
Shannon DI had an appointment for 9am. I arrived at 8:55 and no one was there. I called the location and was told they would be there in 15 minutes. I left and came back 15 minutes later. They were still not there. Finally at 9:30 someone came. Completely unacceptable. I will not rent there again.

David ASaid I was late on returning truck, but was actually early and wondered why the guy wouldn’t sign off on returning the truck. U-Haul did return money for after hour charge.
