Tony & Rhonda are excellent to deal with and my pick up went smooth. We will definitely rent from them again when we need another U-Haul truck or trailer.
Travis GUHAUL changed the pickup location 20 miles from the original pickup location two days before rental (on a Friday). This cost me time to pickup. Then I was charged for extra mileage?? The original pickup was in a city with several locations, the second location was in a rural town.
Thad DI was told to drop it off in another adjacent county from where I wanted to drop it off? I’m not sure why?
