Not sure what you need improving on, U Haul was always emailing there phone number prior to calling so there was no mistaking of a scam call. They had great communication all through the pickup. Job well done!

Garry DTony & Rhonda are excellent to deal with and my pick up went smooth. We will definitely rent from them again when we need another U-Haul truck or trailer.
Travis GUHAUL changed the pickup location 20 miles from the original pickup location two days before rental (on a Friday). This cost me time to pickup. Then I was charged for extra mileage?? The original pickup was in a city with several locations, the second location was in a rural town.
