Clean the van. It was dirty and had a terrible smell. I tried calling several times. No one would return my call. Very dissatisfied.

No signs to let you know where to park the equipment. As I went inside the girl behind the counter did not take my info and was on the phone at the same time. She just told me to have a good day without taking care of my truck by checking it in. Later in the day I was charged $90.20 on my card because of thier mistakes while waiting til later to check in the truck I used. They had to refund the money but now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back. If they would have called me before charging my card I would not be out the money and it would have been a smooth check in
