LYNETTE PI had nothing bad to say. The only problem I had is that I was too short to see the lock word. Thank goodness my son was with me. Otherwise it was the best rental experience ever. I’m a big fan of this process and the truck was perfect for my needs.
Lisa HBrittany was OUTSTANDING. I NEVER IN MY LIFE had such an effortless truck rental for moving. when I needed to connect to help to extend my rental, it was given in 2 mins on the app for a small charge, then when I needed even MORE time(underestimated BIG TIME 😆), Customer service granted me a full 24hr use for FREE. I am very grateful and it was AFFORDABLE and still around just $100!!!
