U-Haul changed the mileage fee from .99 cents a mile when I reserved the truck to $1.39 a mile when I picked the truck up. When I asked the person at Glacier Park Storage why the change, he had no idea and told me to call the phone number on the contract. There was no phone number on the contract. Will definitely consider a different company next time.

Our only complaint is that we rented a truck for 6 days, turned it on in the 4th day before closing time on Sunday. We were told that there would be a refund for the unused days, but it has been a month and we have not been reimbursed. No information on who we might contact.
