U-Haul office was being operated out of a repair shop. Facility was not maintained. Office staff were cordial and helpful. I called by phone and person I spoke to was rude and unfriendly. If I had not scheduled a trailer, I would have looked somewhere else.

I was charged twice niece without a deposit then when prompting to get the truck via the app a deposit was taken from me and never returned

George BYou need to improve better customer service employees for Uhaul. Bad experience with an lady who set me up with the 10' truck yesterday on February 1st, 2026. She was very rude and hung the phone up on me when I called her today, February 2nd, 2026, about why was I over charged on my account and that she told me I could return the truck in a 24hr period but 4 hours was noted on the contract. I just hope the next customer doesn't have to go through what I went through.
