My reservation was transfered over to this location. Could not get anyone on the phone to confirm. Had to leave work early to go pickup the vehicle. When got there no dollies. Had to go to a 2nd location to pick those up. Had to pay 2nd location for dollies I had already paid for online. Call this location back about a refund was told Saturday would get one still no refund paperwork. Not very good experience overall.

Lenny DU-Haul office was being operated out of a repair shop. Facility was not maintained. Office staff were cordial and helpful. I called by phone and person I spoke to was rude and unfriendly. If I had not scheduled a trailer, I would have looked somewhere else.
William VI was charged twice niece without a deposit then when prompting to get the truck via the app a deposit was taken from me and never returned
