Didn’t have the equipment I needed.
Bryan SBe punctual..Peaoples time is money..the lackadaisical environment and repair shop doesn't cater to fast or friendly service.The truck i rented made a loud exhaust noise driving down the road...it definitely didn't sound or feel safe..Also the gas tank was almost on E..Entire rental experience was terrible...I will never go to this location again...

MEGINE EI was overcharged for 3 days, when I called to get it corrected the guy said there’s no cameras and he was told I didn’t return the vehicle on time. There’s signage ever that says there’s surveillance as well. I used the vehicle for probably 6-7 hours tops and returned to the same store where I picked up.. keys were dropped in drop box. When I asked for his name he would not provide it to me. 5700 Salem run in Fredericksburg is the location to be exact !
