Danielle GPerforming all of the steps for self pickup on the phone in a tight parking space with no scope to really see the vehicle from the side or back made checkout and in very challenging and all my photos were lost on checkin and had to start again
MARK CI dropped the truck off clean and with more gas than required. He asked if I folded the blankets. I told him when I received the truck they were in a ball in the back of the truck and some tied together and I was not going to untie and fold the blankets. He said fine I’ll just charge you $25. And they did. Not a friendly U-Haul location. Very dirty place.
