UHaul originally sent me to Zapata Motors in Manalapan but there was no such business at the address in the UHaul email. Speed Auto Care was much more interested in working on cars than processing my return. Between nobody being at CJ’s Rentals in Toms River, being sent to the non-existent business in Manalapan and being stood up by Right Choice moving helpers, I will never use anything UHaul again.

The site is fine
EDWARD SI picked up the vehicle with 3/4 tank of fuel. Before dropping off I returned it to 3/4. Agreement says only fuel to level you picked it up at. They still charged me $9.60 for fuel. Not making a big deal about it, but not right

JOHN HWonderful customer service. Carlos is caring, helpful and genuinely concerned for his customers. Went above and beyond to help us even though we arrived near closing time. Got us a great rental rate too. He personally adjusted outside mirrors on our truck before letting us drive away ! Highly recommend this site.
