Fortunately, I was able to return the trailer a day early. The property was under construction and renovation, so I can't place the blame with the owner entirely. The agent was kind and very helpful. The U-Haul storage lot was not simple to enter, probably due to renovation. The weeds next to the lot should be mowed. As I walked off the paved portion of the lot to take photos of the trailer rear, I accumulated 50-60 sticker seed pods on my trousers. I experienced a stick or two prior to the discovery and removed them by scraping them off with the back of my rescue knife. It finally came in handy. This is my second drop off at this location and the agent on duty is always very accommodating.

Robert JThis is our third time renting from this location. The counter employee consistently acts like he didn't even know they had Uhaul items to rent. It takes a very long time even with a reservation. And it appears as if they person has never used Uhauls system before with the amount of apparent confusion and long pauses of no activity while looking at the screen. Will not be using this location again.
