Horrible drop off I went to the location I was told by UHAul and was unable to return because they wanted me at another location 10 miles away When to the second location and the rep would not help whatsoever, he just pointed to the lot next to him. The lot had raised with was very unsafe and hard to navigate. The area did not feel safe. Very disappointed

Delilah GPick a real rental center, not what turned out to be a convince store. Guy behind the counter never moved, didn't know how to use the software for the rental. I had to do his job for him!!
