U-Haul didn't have the 10 foot truck ready, so we had to get a 20 foot truck... Also, they wouldn't allow me, Kris, rent the truck because my dads name was on the reservation, even tho I got all the emails, all the confirmations text messages. I had changed the reservation earlier that Saturday with no problem, got all the orders numbers sent to me, and still had to track my dad down while he was babysitting my little boy. Then we had to take 5 pictures of the truck in the 10 degree weather to finish the order.....was an EXTREMELY BAD PICKUP!!!!!!!!!

Jaime VJohn was amazing! He actually wasn't open Saturday morning - U-Haul corporate messed up and rescheduled our pick up to his shop after the original shop didn't have equipment for us - but he saw us pull in when he was prepping to leave for his weekend and took the time to open and get us checked out, hooked the trailer up, and got us on our way in under an hour. We really appreciated it! His dog (Zep) is amazing too -- what a friendly guy!
