Not enough staff. Truck windows were extremely dirty. I had to stop one mile after picking up truck and clean the truck windows inside and out just to be able to safely drive.

yes i would recommend this location because it is not as busy as the north Blackstone location but it is usually under staffed so the wait may be just as long. Making a reservation over the phone is great through UHaul but when you get to the store level its always average no matter what store you go to. but I have never had a problem with the equipment.

The uhaul I was given was defective the abs kept engaging faulty signals were sent to the truck forcing it to brake mid freeway or jump and skip gears it got stuck in mid gears and wouldn't accelerate this truck was faulty from the start and when I mentioned it I was accused of being the cause. Was also overcharged for the truck and milage will not be going here again.

This was not the place that I had reserved the truck for, but moved to this spot. Sam was great, but others at this location when helping seemed like they did not care. Truck was great, but had to go to the original location to get furniture pads. When I picked up the auto transport, the guy that hooked it up did not check, and a tire strap was almost completed ripped apart. Took another 30 plus minutes for them to get this fixed.

Sam its very helpful & Polite and expedited my rental Equipment My only comments are that when I returned equipment in evening Around(4:45 PM last Friday) was waiting too long for equipment returned, I had to go inside to ask them to check me out, there were 2 guys in there, no customers in store? and I had to go in store to asked them to help me out for checking out. short story is, to guys working in afternoon in my view, there too slow to their job!

The truck that was rented to me had a dirty windshield. So dirty in fact that I had to take it to the car wash after leaving the lot just to be able to see well enough to drive. The driver's seat cloth had been torn quite a while because they just put this cover over it that kept me sliding off the seat during a turn. It was not secure to the seat at all. When I got to the car wash, I realized they left the back door to the truck open, so I had been driving with the back door opening/closing for about 6 miles. When i started the contract online, the price per mile said $0.69/mile. I drove 30 total miles, and I was charged $0.79/mile. Even when I brought the issue up to the gentleman who cashed me out, he repeated to me, "NO, its 79 cents a mile". I put in 7.50 for gas (which is reasonable for 30 miles), but on the cash out receipt, they still charged me 8 dollars for fuel. So, no, I won't be a return customer nor would I recommend them.

I placed the order online 2 weeks prior to picking up the truck. I purchased a furniture dolly and 30 moving blankets. Upon picking up the truck, nothing was done to fulfill my order. The employee and I had to begin from the beginning where I was informed that they did not have the moving blankets. If customer service is important, Uhaul should ensure that the renting facility has the equipment requested upon time of booking. The truck gas tank was empty. I was told that due to the homeless stealing gasoline, they had to keep all of the vehicles empty. If Uhaul cannot figure out a way to deal with the homeless situation, close the store. Upon inspection of my 27' truck, 1 headlight was out and the front tires had zero tread on the inside 3" of the tire. I drove this truck over 300 miles and all I could think about was a blow out at 55mph. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Use them at your own risk.
