First tried to give me a broken truck. Then charged me 75 dollars to rent a 19 dollar truck upon returning the truck charged an additional 17 dollars for the miles. Dont charge 99 cents a mile. The truck was dirty when i picked it up

My experience started off very rough. The original agent never did a walk-around to make sure all the lights were working. So i drove home ( all the way accrossed town) thinking tgey were fine. When i got home 30 minutes later i discovered i had no running lights. I was very upset. Long story short, i had to return to the uhaul location and was given excellent customer service by Nate. He went way above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. I greatly appreciate it. He swapped my trailers and even offered a partial refund for all the inconvenience. Simply because of Nate's commitment to Excellent Customer service, i will be a future customer. Thanks again, Nate. I hope his manager can see this and take care of him for making my experience a hood one, because it started VERY CRAPPY!

I was very disappointed with the service I received. Everything I experienced from the reservation to the pick up instructions to the pickup itself was messed up. I would not recommend this service or return to use Uhaul at this time.

I specially asked not to charge the card on file that I would pay cash and they charged the card. My account didn't have funds so it overdrafted. It was a horrible experience overall.

The manager Mark was Rude and the truck i rented i had to stop and put air in the tire about 3 miles down the road, when you applied the brakes on the truck it shook like hell, the rotors need to be turned or replaced. I tried to call Mark back the 13 times he called and never left a message only to get the regional office to put notes in the computer. I really would have liked to talk to mark personally as he didnt see the notes in the computer cause he called 13 times. My daughter was in the hostipal with a broken leg i had to wait until she was done in order to return the truck thats why it was so late.

1.Insects – Spiders in cab, actually had a black widow in cab that we couldn't find but kept making webs. 2. Truck was filthy - inside and out - had to sweep out truckbed and floors inside - cab reeked of smoke and BO 3. when i went to re-fuel the truck the fuel gauge didn't work properly - some sort of delay mechanism so you will mis- read and put more fuel in than you are supposed to. 4. when i went in to discuss problems - sales person was indifferent and stated he "rather not " go and confirm problems - and he didn't. 5. I was blown away when i had seen i was being charged 100 dollars a day when the truck said 19.99 6. I have pictures of everything – so there’s no misunderstanding.

Incompetent employees, dropped the dolly off at this location after hours and employees didn't noticed it untill 3 days later and got charged for those three days, if you drop off equipment after hours make sure you block the store doors with it or the incompetent employees won't be able to find it and they'll charge you for the days that they can't find it

Don't deal with the general manager. He is LAZY and pretty much USELESS. He tries to "pawn off" customers to employees to take care of. When he finally saw that his employee was too busy he begrudgingly assisted me in getting my prebooked trailer. But even then he tried to get out of hooking it up saying it was not a proper hitch even though I had rented trailers 3 other times with this same hitch. Finally the employee came and hooked it up. What a lazy piece of garbage. Fire his butt and get a qualified manager!!!
