I was accused of damaging the equipment, Was demanded to pay 700.00 for damage by Repwest insurance Company, was basically harassed, was told if I didn't pay or turn into my insurance it was going to be submitted to a collection agency, I called multiple times and finally got a call back on 12/10 and then was sent an email stating there was a mistake and they figured out the damage was done prior to me renting it, you need to find out the facts before you accuse someone... I’m very upset and frustrated with the services provided to us. We ask for a dolly and one wasn’t provided. Then we was charged $210.00 for a dolly we never even had. This bounced one of our accounts which we have to eat the expenses. Over all this was a very frustrating experience!!!
